   With approval of China Banking Regulatory Commission, Equity Trust can provide    the following RMB and foreign exchange business:

• Capital trust;
• Personal property trust;
• Real estate trust;
• Marketable securities trust;
• Other property or property rights trust;
• As an initiator of investment fund or fund management company, it is entitled to offer the fund investment business;
• Restructuring and merger & acquisition of corporate assets, project financing, corporate asset management, and financial consulting etc;
• Upon being commissioned, it is entitled to sell securities with approval of the relevant departments of the State Council;
• Brokering, consulting, and credit inquiring;
• Keeping and safety-deposit box business
• Due from banks, loan at call, loan, leasing, way of investment, and application of inherent property;
• Guarantee to clients by inherent property;
• Borrowing money among banks;
• Other business approved by the laws, and rules and regulations or China Banking Regulatory Commission.
