The controlling shareholders of the company China Railway Engineering Corporation is a central enterprise supervised directly by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Its annual turnover has been ranked first in China Construction for three consecutive years, and ranked 10th among central enterprises, and now it ranks 21st among the "China's Top 500 Enterprises", ranks 11th among the World's Largest Contractors, ranks 441st among the Top 500 of the World Enterprises.
